1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by The London School of Public Health (“we”, “our”, or “us”), including access to our website at www.thelondonschoolofpublichealth.com and enrolment on any of our courses.
By registering with us, enrolling on a course, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with applicable UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the Distance Selling regulations where applicable.
2. About Us
The London School of Public Health provides online and distance learning courses in the field of public health. Our courses are delivered via Google Classroom and Google Meet.

4. Enrolment and Access
Upon successful payment, you will be officially enrolled on your chosen course. Following enrolment, you will receive an access code to your registered email address, which will grant you access to:
A step-by-step guide to using Google Classroom will be included as part of your enrolment pack to support all learners, including those who may be unfamiliar with the platform.
Access codes are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. We reserve the right to withdraw access without notice if we believe an access code is being misused.
5. Fees and Payment
All course fees are displayed on our website and are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Fees must be paid in full prior to enrolment unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed with us in writing.
We accept payment via the methods listed on our website. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
Prices are subject to change. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (“cooling-off period”), provided that you have not yet accessed the course materials or commenced your learning.
If you have accessed the course materials or commenced learning within the 14-day cooling-off period, your right to a full refund may be reduced or forfeited in line with UK consumer law.
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at ss@thelondonschoolofpublichealth.com. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days of approval.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative course of equivalent value.
7. Course Delivery and Availability
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver courses as described and scheduled. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, delivery methods, or scheduling where necessary. You will be notified of any material changes.
Course access is subject to continued availability of Google Classroom and Google Meet. We are not liable for any disruption to course delivery caused by third-party platform outages or technical issues outside our control.
8. Learner Responsibilities
As a learner, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner who breaches these responsibilities, without refund where the breach is serious.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, branding, and resources provided by The London School of Public Health are our intellectual property or that of our licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your personal learning during the period of your enrolment.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, The London School of Public Health shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us in the first instance at ss@thelondonschoolofpublichealth.com during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time).
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may seek further redress through the relevant UK consumer protection bodies or the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions are reviewed annually and may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or operational practices. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
