The process
How to apply
Five simple stages, from finding the right role to hearing back from us.
Finding vacancies
Our current vacancies are listed on our website. You can view them by type of role (for example, Academic), location or contract type, whether short-term, full-time or part-time. You can also choose to view all current vacancies at once.
How to apply
If you are interested in a post, click the Apply Online button within the job advert. You will be asked to register and set up an account, or log in to the account you have already created. Be sure to use an email address you check regularly, as that is how we will keep in touch about your application.
The application form
The online form can be completed in stages, so you can log in and out at any time. It saves automatically as you go. You can move backwards and forwards at any point before submitting, with help available at each stage. Before final submission you can preview your application, then refine or submit it.
After applying
Once you have submitted your application, the My Applications area will show its status as "submitted" along with the date. You will receive an acknowledgement email the following day.
After the closing date
The selection panel will assess all applicants against the job description and person specification, then notify HR of their decision. HR will contact applicants as appropriate.
