Dr. Noora Ali (BSc, MSc, PhD)


Dr. Noora Ali is an accomplished and dynamic Director of Nursing with extensive expertise in specialist care, public health, and infectious disease management. With years of leadership experience at the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Dr. Ali has significantly contributed to shaping and advancing healthcare practices across the UAE. Her work encompasses overseeing large-scale vaccination programs, managing the care of patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis (TB) and HIV, and coordinating health protocols for foreign nationals traveling outside the UAE.

Dr. Ali is now expanding her expertise by joining the London School of Public Health (TLSPH), further enhancing her capabilities in global public health and healthcare management. Her extensive experience in public health leadership, clinical excellence, and policy development brings valuable insight into advancing healthcare both in the UAE and internationally.

Known for her strategic vision and strong leadership, Dr. Ali has been at the forefront of national health initiatives, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and continues to advocate for better health outcomes for all populations in the UAE.
