Care Certificate: Mobile-Friendly Access Instructions
These instructions are designed for learners accessing the course using a mobile phone or tablet. You may also use a laptop or desktop computer if preferred.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your application has been approved and payment has been received in full, you will receive an email invitation to join Google Classroom. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder.
Step 2: Sign in to Google
To access Google Classroom, you will need a Google account. If you already have a Google account, sign in using your existing details. If you do not have a Google account, you can create one for free at:
https://accounts.google.com/signup
Step 3: Join the Class
1. Open your internet browser or the Google Classroom app.
2. Go to https://classroom.google.com.
3. Tap “Join class” or the “+” symbol.
4. Use the invitation link from your email or enter the class code provided.
Step 4: Access Course Content
Course content is available under the “Classwork” tab and includes learning modules, activities, quizzes and announcements. You can complete the course at your own pace.
Step 5: Completing the Course
Work through all modules and complete required activities and assessments. Once completed, your learning will be reviewed and your CPD certificate and CPD points will be issued.

Course access is granted only after payment confirmation. Please use your registered email address and keep your login details secure.
