Is an experienced Mental Health Nurse and healthcare professional with over 20 years of specialist clinical experience across Acute and Community Mental Health Services. He has extensive expertise in supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, including psychosis, depression, substance misuse, and dual diagnosis. Mr. Bello is skilled in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and recovery-focused care, and holds advanced competencies in the Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) as well as the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism. Passionate about healthcare education and learner development, he brings valuable frontline clinical insight that supports students in bridging theory with professional practice.
